Set up an appointment to get estimate immediately after requesting their services on Angies List. Owner went over an examined all areas of mold on walls, etc., Sent me an extremely detailed estimate in a timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the final cost for all the work to be done. Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold. An eight step process is performed which includes wash and clean the air of all infected areas. More than pleased after the job was done. Followup was done with owner. "It went very well.  The guys were very professional and careful with our walls in main area of house when bringing jack hammered material out of basement.  There is a lot of residual dust in basement which need to get cleaned.  The only complaint I have is that the furnace was not wrapped during the drilling and the junk that had been air made it into our furnance electrostatic filters. <br /> I would encourage folks to use them, but to put plastic up around main house doorways so the dust is minimal in rest of house. Also anything left in basement REALLY needs to be taped up well.  Lots of fine particle dust. <br />"

"After moving into my home, I realized water was coming into my basement. I had three companies come out to provide estimates to waterproof the basement. Allstate's salesperson, Mitch, was very, very personable, knowledgeable and I felt like he really listened to me during the estimate process. Mitch brought pictures with him to show me as well as the company's certifications. Allstate's price was in the middle of the pack of three estimates. Mitch's preparedness was what won me over. Allstate came to my home to install a French drain (along two walls of the basement) and install a sump pump. The workers arrived promptly at 8am, had the containment up in the basement, and were jack hammering by 8:20. About midway through the project, Mitch stopped by to check and see how things were going. As previously stated, I don't have any complaints about the workers what-so-ever. They even stopped worked twice so I could come down to the basement to take pictures of water and mold damage. For the water intrusion and mold in my basement to have been such a traumatic experience, Allstate certainly made the nightmare better than bearable."
