"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Mike of McDaniel Maintenance. He sanded, primed and painted a steel front door that was pealing that and had rust spots. Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance. It is great to to find a company who is willing to do small jobs. If we are in need of a handyman that will be who we call. "

Mike made us a very strong and safe frame for the tub. He safely removed the old rusted frame to install the new frame with no issues. He installed our new faucet as well and we couldnâ t be happier. "Guy is amazing! He came to remove some cabinets and install new appliances and wound up helping me for the next four weeks. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets). "RJN did excellent work. Bob and son tore out and installed a bath/shower tile surround that had design work and a custom niche. His grout lines and spacing were perfect! He was a true professional from beginning to end, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen, plus he at no extra charge replaced 5-floor tiles, a portion of a molded subfloor. He also set my tub at a very good price and made sure it was set properly in a mortar base. Additionally, he removed and put on all new fixtures and raised my shower head higher. I have already booked more work with him. He and his son were a pleasure to work with. And they did not make a mess, cleaned up every day and ensured we had a working place to bathe. A job well done. I would never hesitate to use them and I am a perfectionist."
