He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I have already received complements on the work he has done and the looks of it. The price was very reasonable also. Beto was extremely polite, professional and pleasant working in his job. "Instead of removing the ice dams by a method that was safe for the roof, it was all removed via hammering, smashing and chipping at the ice, which damaged a number of shingles and will require roof repairs in spring/summer.  The price they charged was comparable to other companies that removed ice dams with steam, which would have been a less damaging method.  The price was grossly excessive in comparison for the services rendered and we will not use this company again.  We could have had the same work done for less than half the price."
