"It went well. Tech arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Changed lock and made 3 extra keys (2 are included). Charges were $75 for call, $50 for labor, $20 to change 2 cylinders and $6.00 for 3 extra keys. Total with tax $161.60. I forgot to ask for my senior discount but the page says they offer 10%. It did seem a bit pricey to me but I wanted it done today and didn't have lots of time to shop around so I counted on Angie's List ratings to be valid!"

Instead of just emailing his bid, he returned to our home with his estimate and drawings of the design, photos of faucets, tub, and toilet. When the project started the first thing they did was cover all our furniture in the master bedroom with large sheets of plastic. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and the bedroom floor every morning and rolled up every night when they finished for the day. They showed up on time every morning, and cleaned up before they left every night. We replaced the tub, toilet, shower, vanity top, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights, had the walls and ceiling painted and had extra outlets added by the vanity. I couldn't be more pleased with how the bathroom looks! I have already recommended Jim Saner's company to two of my friends that want to remodel their master bathrooms."

I got a full refund from Angie's List, so I really can't complain about that. <br />"
