"Gene and his crew did an amazing job on our fairly large basement renovation! There were variance hurdles in the beginning with the town that Gene was on top of, attended the virtual meeting and obtained what was necessary to get the job started. The work performed was very involved from digging for a full bathroom and relocating/raising HVAC vents. Gene was receptive to any changes/suggestions made. Detailed trim work to match other doors was a nice touch to doors that needed to be cut to accommodate the space. They were always here when scheduled, cleaned up daily and were respectful of our home. Our basement turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work Your Way Contractors did for us. I plan on using them again on my next home renovation."

"In January, we quoted max with 2 other contractors. He did was not the cheapest nor most expensive, but had the best reviews and had the best insight. Phase 1 of the project was to renovate an original kitchen for a Colonial Split Ranch Home and replace a load bearing wall. Max was open to working with our supplied cabinets and counter top and appliances and tile. Not only was Max capable of doing the typical kitchen renovation but our architect unexpectedly recommended Max install a 1 ton load bearing beam across half the house to replace the load bearing wall and reinforce the post underneath in the 1st floor. Max and his team were able to take care of this more advanced work. We had some unexpected electrical work also, but Max and his electrician Isaac were able to take care of all our needs and work together efficiently. Phase 2 of the project was our full bathroom renovation adjoining the kitchen and update electrical, plumbing and crown molding. He was open to us picking out and providing fixtures like faucets, shower systems, and Max took care of everything else. Everything went as planned here and everyone was pleased with the results. Max was hands down the best contractor we have worked with. He and his team were efficient, professional, got the job done on time. His main strength was his great communication and willingness to make everything correct. He was willing to take calls out of business hours and even on weekends when we were in crunch time. With most renovations, unexpected things can come up, but he was willing to work and strategize with us to get a job done. An small example was when some of his painters had some issues paint matching, and the color did not turn out well. Max took care of this and corrected it at cost. I have no negatives for Max at all. I suppose the only thing I wish I could change was he wasn't as busy so he can start helping us with next project :)"

I had some siding and kitchen remodeling work done and they were fast, in and out, and made sure that they were on schedule. Their work is impeccable and done an amazing job. He’s a good guy and cleans up after his work. Not even a nail is left behind after the job is finished. He also checks in on me every few months to see how everything is holding up. "We hired Helio and his team to completely gut a 2nd floor bathroom and remodel a den, which included tearing down a ceiling and raising the ceiling to a sloped pitch to follow our roof line, as well as to add a skylight. I can’t speak highly enough of Helio and his team. The work and craftsmanship were top notch. Pablo led the demolition of plaster and wood panel walls and the installation of drywall, and did a fantastic job. Everything came out beautifully. It is apparent that all of the workers take pride in their work. They were incredibly clean and respectful of our home during construction, which is a really important but often overlooked part of the job. Beyond the quality of work, we are so pleased with HM Construction for other reasons. First, Helio’s responsiveness and care for our wishes. Any questions or issues that came up, he was available to discuss and resolve. No modifications were a big deal to him, and he and his team were able to take care of everything we asked for. Additionally, his pricing is fair and we feel like what we paid was well worth the work done. It is really important to be able to trust the person that is working on your home, and we felt that we were 100% in good hands with Helio. It is clear that he values his name and reputation in the industry. He’s a man of his word. We absolutely recommend HM and will not hesitate to hire them again for future projects."
