I messaged Andrew and he called me back right away and let me know he was still coming. He found our septic tank and pumped. unfortunately, that didn't solve our plumbing issues. He tried to snake out the toilet but no help. He tried so hard to take care of our issues but in the end it is a plumbing issue and not a septic issue so we ended up having to call a plumber. Would highly recommend for any septic issues or pumping!"

"Technician came out and partially diagnosed the heat pump failure as a dead short in the compressor. I contacted the office about a quote for repairing the unit, and after a few weeks I received one. My issue with the quote was there was no breakdown of costs. The person gave two prices one for replacing the compressor <br />  and another for replacing the compressor if I supplied the compressor. I would have liked to have seen an itemized bill with a breakout of all the costs. It turns out that I had an engineer from work replace the compressor, it cost about $ 600 for the compressor and took two hours to evacuate the system, replace the compressor, and refill the refrigerant and check for leaks. Raymond plumbing wanted $875 to replace the compressor if I supplied it. I realize that it takes some special tools and refrigerant costs are expensive, but for two hours labor they wanted $875.00. This to me seems excessive, but I would never know without being supplied an itemized bill. It turns out the motor had also failed, which I replaced myself with a Rescue motor and additional run capacitor for $125. Heat pump is only six years old and is a name brand unit. <br />"

"Met with owner today and he took the time to review several issues at my home. I will tell you he did not try to sell me anything today,. He did say he would like to do a video inspection. I agreed with his logic and with the angieslist deals going on I dont think it will be to bad. We are trying to identify causes of high water volume to the sump. I will wait to get the inspection and see what is suggested at that time. So Far he seems very professional and knowledgeable."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"I thought that it was a malfunction in the equipment.  It turns out that Jefferson Township wasn't keeping its drainage system cleaned out, and with all the rain that we've had recently, the township drainage system became clogged.  The service person checked the sump pump and determined that it was working, so he uncapped the external pipe and placed a piece of PVC pipe over the opening to allow the water to drain.  It drained in a relatively short time.  I said some rather nasty things in my last review of them.  I apologize.  I was angry, but the problems were not due to their equipment or errors."

"The service rep first arrived with covering over shoes to enter my home. The bathroom is located off from the front room where the entrance to my home is located. Therefore, the rep's path was through the front room to the bathroom. After assessing the issue with the clogged toilet drain the rep exited and returned with equipment to unplugged drain. He exited home several times and reentered. At some point when reentering his shoes were not covered.  <br /> The first equipment did not work, so the rep returned it to the truck and reentered with bigger snake equipment to unplug the drain.  The rep also removed the toilet to access the drain.  As he used the snake to unplug the toilet drain, pulling it back from the drain and down again numerous times, the matter inside the drain would fling again the walls, tub, sink and other fixtures in the bathroom.  The drain was eventually unclogged.   It appeared the rep made attempts to clean up.  However, once the rep left and I check the bathroom, I and my wife noticed matter throughout the bathroom.  Quite unsanitary.  <br /> <br /> <br />"
