During this project he broke down the staggered payments and communicated every day of the project through texts and showing up in person. Greg took charge in overseeing everything like a platoon leader in the field by maintaining the flow of construction resulting in a smooth, exceptional conclusion. Part of the old deck was problematic. He examined every inch where there were issues and was able to overcome some difficulty and see what I couldn't. He suggested a landing on the stairway, widening and decreasing the pitch which accommodated an easier climb for us. Those are just the highlights, there was much more. "Great experience - installers Alex and John came out the same day I had contacted DSI for a quote - my existing door was installed pretty poorly by the previous owner and had huge gaps around the edges, but they leveled it out, fixed the door, installed the operator and all the accessories in a short amount of time and left no mess behind. "Overhead Door sent out a representative within 2-3 days of contacting them for an estimate. The representative was knowledgeable, very friendly and also saved us money by suggesting that we keep our existing garage door hardware, track and remote, as they were still in good working condition. I went to the Overhead Door facility on Riverside St./Portland to see the doors available in their showroom. They required a deposit to order the doors. Approximately 6 weeks later, the installation took place. They removed the 2 doors, repaired the existing tracks (now the tracks work better and look much sleeker) installed the new doors, re-programmed our existing car remotes, and walked us through the work that he had completed. I strongly recommend this company.

Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced.
