"We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. I would like to emphasize the great result of my new three bathrooms (there was originally only one). They are pieces of art. Jev's crew which includes a designer, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and tile installers created outstanding looking bathrooms with lots of unique fixtures - steam/shower cabin, jacuzzi, heated floors, smart toilets, unique selection of floor and wall tiles, closets, and shelving."

"Gage and his crew did a fantastic job with the new roof. They were very professionals. They did a great job with the clean up. A magnetic roller was used to get all the nails off of the lawn. I was impressed with their service, and would highly recommend them."

"Bill and his partner Bob were very professional & punctual. They worked very hard & were very knowledgeable in regards to every aspect of remodeling & repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality work on their home."

"Great! Will hire again next time"

"Very well. Alex did a thorough assessment of the problem and identified the remedies needed. As the work progressed a couple of additional unforeseen issues arose and we discussed the possible solutions and he took care of that also very professionally and efficiently."

"He was the most honest man I worked. He can do anything. It was good. He knew what he was doing. I don't have to watch over him. My experience was good. He did everything I asked. He was a good carpenter. He was a great guy. As he gotten older he doesn't go up to ladder anymore, which was okay. The price was $40 per hour."

"Excellent company! I'm so impressed with the work done by Mark Meserve. I will definitely be calling them back for any work we need done in the future. Not only did they get the work done in a timely manner, he also cleaned up afterward and didn't even charge the full amount of the quote. What a great guy! Thanks Mark! Oh, and by the way, you have such a nice lady working on your phones. Heidi was a treat to talk to and just one more reason to trust this company. Good people."
