Roof shingles from the first visit still not laying flat. Feel misadvised from the start in the sense that I might have needed flashing on my chimneys from the start and not a patch job (which is not fully working). Have not gotten the promised 20% refund. Felt argumentative when I called about the remaining leak and the refund; got no timely follow up about it after the call; do not have the energy to pull teeth with someone to honor the terms they promised."
