"I called Karla to come and look at a termite infestation in a little playhouse in our back yard and a carpenter ant problem we were having in the house. She was very responsive and helpful. She advised not bothering with the termites in the playhouse, as the structure would likely become quickly reinfested (it was built with exposed wood touching the ground) and the cost of the extermination would be a significant percentage of what it would cost to simply replace the structure with a new one. She did treat our ant problem in the house."
