I failed to notice before he left but noticed a couple hours later that he reinstalled it upside down as the second photo shows. When I texted him he tried to say it was how the unit was when he came and thought it was how I wanted it installed. When I reminded him of the before pic and asked if he could come and fix it the next day he stopped responding. Such a tiny job. So poorly done and did not offer to fix it. This was my first and last time using Angie?s List!!!!! "
