"The initial deal included non-skid surface. The provider really pressed the idea of not doing the non-skid. I felt very pressured to make a decision on the spot. He should have mentioned this when we spoke on the phone before the work started. Initially the finish looked pretty good. It has been 6 months and there a few chips on the surface and I didn't even drop anything more than a plastic bottle in the tub.

"Our undermount sink separated from our quartz countertop. (Clips holding it gave way. No way to reattach.) Had someone out who pinpointed the problem but recommended a counter repair. I bought a new bigger overmount sink. Some problems with our phone number and doorbell meant he missed an appointment but promptly contacted us via email, he picked up the new sink we ordered that day and came late to install it for us. A late 3 hours later we had a lovely new sink. Good work and good follow through."

"Woody was fantastic and easy to work with. Texted me throughout the week to communicate about appointment. Showed up on time with all the correct supplies. He was clean and tidy throughout and extremely friendly. My countertops were in rough shape with lots of scratches and wear and tear, and after his service, they look brand new and beautiful. Price is very reasonable and it only takes a few hours to complete (though I'm sure that would vary depending on size of product)."

"Everything was great before you make the payment. Prompt response, on times appointments, etc... Then, after the payment... We found a few defects (chip and scratches) and ask Greg and Mirek to come back to fix it. Initially Greg was responsive (Mirek never bother to return any txt msg or call) asked for details and picture, then after numerous promises that they will come to fill and buff the chip and scratches (may take 20 mins?) but nothing happened, then Greg also stopped responding too. I went with NSD because of the good reviews and price, but their granite quaintly is questionable. We ordered moon white, which is supposedly white and gray but our countertop is very green, lucky the green works ok with our cabinets, otherwise it is will be a big problem."
