They were very flexible in doing whatever I wanted and did a fabulous job. Price was very acceptable. They warned me about the odor of the standard wood coating and it was extemely harsh as warned. If I did hardwood refinishing again, would probably opt for the no odor coating. Was done in a middle floor of an apartment building and both the floor above and below found it to be extremely odorous...especially since it was winter time and could not ventilate easily."
