"From my first phone call to Mid Michigan Tree Trimming Services, (810) 837-3588, to inquire about getting our backyard trees trimmed, till the day they came and completed the work, we had nothing but professionalism from this company. They came the very next day after my call and spoke with us about what we wanted done to open the view in our backyard, which is on the river. The two gentlemen went step by step with us as we pointed out what we wanted removed. They gave us a quote and two days later we enlisted them for the job. Within the week, a crew of three professional tree trimmers arrived to do the trimming and removable of the large tree limbs, shrubs and leftover logs from one of our own projects. Their “tree climber” (which many companies no longer have. Most companies now want to use the high/low machines which would have been impossible in our precariously shaped backyard, on the hillside.) Jake, their climber, knew exactly how to get up into our tall trees and trim the overhanging branches. His safety equipment was impressive. "The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. "I had ceiling/drywall damage due to water and ice damning in the valleys of my roof.  Being a rental unit and my being out of state, I was uncertain of the extent of the damage to the roof or the ceiling.  Ryan informed me that the roof did not appear damaged and the ceiling damage was not significant.  He was able to anchor/support the ceiling with screws and washers and mud/skim coat the ceiling and sand to repair where the sheet rock was damaged.  The cost to repair the ceiling was significantly less than I expected and I would certainly hire Ryan again for any future services or repairs.
