"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

"Called on Thursday and roof repair was completed by Monday.. Great Job"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"We had our roof replaced by Journey Builders. We worked with Yeros team. He helped us with everything from start to finish. They were great. Love the new roof. We definitely recommend them."

"They guys left two bags of leaves one on roof and one in yard (not a big deal) but I thought you guy should know and my tops measure was missing. District MGM came all the down from see to check. I'm impressed at the effort to make it right."

"Great job guys! Mike and his team replaced our old roof with a new traditional tile roof. Palm Construction gave us great price and they are very reputable roofing company so it was easy decision to go with them. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The project was finished on time and my new roof looks awesome! I highly recommend them!"

"I really appreciated working with Diamond Ridge to replace my roof. They gave me a lot of confidence that they would do a great job and would take care of my needs. Marcelo was a wonderful project manager. When he came to look at my property and assess my roofing issues, he took his time to understand my concerns and make sure the issues I had were from the roof and not another source. If I have friends getting their roofs replaced, I will definitely recommend Diamond Ridge and Marcelo for the job."

"Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. He worked very diligently to get us the best deal."
