"Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! "I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,"

"The company repaired an old, leaky roof. Unfortunately, the new roof leaks. When I called to tell them it was leaking, a man came out to do some patching. It continued to leak. I called again, and he came back and told me he had done everything he could do to repair it. The roof continued to leak every time it rained. When I called, they would not return my calls. I do not like writing a review like this, but I also do not like a leaky roof. My contract says they will **assure a watertight membrane over the entire structure**. They have not done that!"

"I had two jobs done by modern method on my rental property. one in 2016 and one in 2019. One was a skylight leak repair and the other a section of leaking flat roof. both jobs took a couple months to mobilize in winter. The skylight repair failed after 3 years. The other section was done with white material, while the rest of my roof is brown, so it looks pretty terrible. As the owner, I was never made aware of this decision- they worked directly with my property manager which I consider unprofessional considering they changed my roof color. I called them out to see what can be done about both. They told me the skylight repair was not done the right way and needed to replace the entire roof section including the skylights. They also said they would torch down some brown material over the white material they provided and quoted me for both. I tried to appeal to them as to why I would give them even more money to do my skylights when they recommended the repair that failed, and also why in the world they would change my roof color. The estimator gave me some options including torching brown material down over the white, paying full price for all of the repair. I called to complain, and they sent their owner over who basically told me that any flat roofing is always done with white material (sorry, not true), that torching brown material over the top is not a very good thing to do, and that the skylights obviously need to be replaced. He didn't have anything to say about why I should trust them to do good work other than "I wasn't involved in the conversations, so I don't know". Very disappointed."
