I worked with Dom and he was a huge help as this is my first time having to get a new roof and file an insurance claim. The crew that installed my roof was fast and efficient. They cleaned everything up after wards and were very respectful."

"I am really happy with the work Richards Roofing has done. Out of 7 quotes, Richards Roofing had the best price. The crew was professional and friendly. Besides the new roof which required a tear-off, I wanted attic insulation. I asked them to do the attic insulation by going through the roof, as to not track fiberglass through the house - no problem. They quoted 12" of blown-in fiberglass; the others quoted 8 to 10". They started within a week after I contracted them. Mine is a ranch of 2900 square feet, yet they did the work in 2 days including the tear-off, attic insulation and clean-up. They cleaned up well, and even put back my gutter leaf guards. They allotted 10 plywood sheets in the price quote. They used only 4, so they refunded the cost of the unused sheets, so I was charged less than the quote. In my experience when I have had a roof replaced, the chimney leaked during the first big rain. Here we've had several big rains, snow, sleet, and high winds in the year since they installed my roof and I have had no leaks or other problems. I've recommended Richards Roofing to my friends and co-workers and would definitely hire them again."

"The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"We had power out in 2023 for attic insulation and roof replacement, and we just had them back out to replace some windows and the back door. The process was smooth, everyone we spoke with were helpful, and the quality of the work and product speaks for itself. "

"The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results."
