( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. He also inspected the garage door both from the inside and outside. He also noted that in the near future to replace the springs.
