"Wayne was found through Angies List. Based on his ratings I called him and two others for estimates. Waynes was in the middle but he was local and I like dealing with local businesses. Wayne was always on time and very professional in his communications. He provided a detailed work estimate and helped in selecting the proper replacement door. The removal and replacement was one in one day so the house remained secured. Plus, as with any non-standard replacement, there were issues such as gaps between the new french door frame and the old sliding door frame. However, these were all worked out with beautiful workmanship. The results were excellent and we are very pleased with the new door. Wayne's communication throughout the process was exceptional. When he was delayed he always either called or texted. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Wayne without reservation. <br />"

"It turns out that the way the concrete was originally poured caused the original mason to fudge the job. Tim and his helper (sorry I forgot your name) went the extra mile. They removed all the old brick and cut a straight edge in the concrete. Then masterfully cut each brick to fit the new edge perfectly. You'd never know... Communication was good and quick. He quickly diagnosed that the unit was low on refrigerant and replaced it to get the a/c working, but he then worked to find out why the unit was low on refrigerant and while it was a fairly costly repair that couldn’t be completed the same day, Gered and the staff at A1 worked diligently to come up with an economical and viable solution. Gered was, professional, communicative, prompt and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to servicing our a/c and I would recommend him and A1 to anyone!"
