I liked that detail. His crew replaced all of the crumbling underlying plywood with fresh material. The entire job was completed in a single day. The finished roof looks terrific. Now I can enjoy the peace of mind from knowing that my new roof is secure for many years to come and I was also able to seek out a new homeowners policy and will be saving thousands of dollars in premiums. So, in some ways, the roof will help pay for itself. All good!"

They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . "My husband and I contracted Highrize Construction Group (Enea Shira) to remove the old vinyl siding from our house and replace it with White Stucco. We also replaced the roof, facia and gutters. It was a huge job which was a bit intimidating to us as first time homeowners. Enea met with us quite a few times before we booked his company. I called and texted him multiple times throughout the project and he always made himself available and he was on site every day which was a huge comfort. "They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."
