"When Ron came for the Free Estimate, he was great. He explained exactly what they will do & the pluses and negatives between the different types of insulation & gave me a tip that will save me money on the installation. On the day of insulation, 2 workers showed up. They weren't aware of the hose or extension cords length needed for the job, I was lucky that their other truck broke down & they took the extra hose extentions from it, otherwise they wouldn't have enough hose. I also provided extra extension cords.I had to ask them to drill holes at the top of the wall & in closet to fill, if I didn't, they wouldn't have done that"
