I got a call back from Orange County Mechanical on Sunday evening and the tech apologized for not being able to get to us that night as he had some more calls to make but could stop by in the morning. The tech showed up at 7:20am on Monday and we had A/C by 8:00am. He had to replace the capacitor in the unit. The service call and parts charges were very reasonable. Within 10 minutes I had an estimate and an hour later the crew was on the roof completing the job. While on the roof they found that the vent boot was completely deteriorated and replaced that as well. All communication before, during, and after the job was very professional and timely.
