"Arrived on time. Job was done within the time frame quoted. The Finish looks perfect. I am so excited about my roofing replacement I did just now! When I first bought the house two years ago, I had absolutely no idea what needed to be removed and replaced, but Elite work home improvement made it happen with no fuss or muss."

"Overall the experience was much better than expected. The initial call was quickly returned. A professional quote was received via email along with a Certificate Of Insurance. The job was completed with no visible signs they were here... except it rained very heavily that night and the roof did not leak. LOL! I received an Invoice via email the next day and promptly paid via snail mail this morning."

"I hired King Quality only 2 weeks ago and within the 2 weeks they came to my home, gave me a price, installed the siding and left my house spotless. I was very nervous making the initial call but they put my mind at ease. It was a pleasure working with them from my 1st call into the office speaking to the ladies then speaking with Jeff to the crew foreman Billy. They definitely lived up to there name. I received King quality!"

"They were very nice and efficient. They did the job and no hassle. They did what they supposed to do."

"Very skilled and professional employees, work looks great. It was a large project and they never seemed to flustered by any obstacle that came up."

"Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.
I heartily recommend Vandelay Roofing to anyone seeking the best professional roofing service available today.

"These guys are great! Came out for estimate and were very knowledegable. They answered all of my questions. We eliminated someone troublesome downspouts and they were quick to point out some other issues. We got all new seamless gutters on the entire house. They also fixed a small leak in our roof that no other roofer was able to fix. They are a great company and will be using them again!!

"Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

"• TH was the single best home service I have experienced in the region in 48 years. Immediate response to my Niagra-Falls-in–the-living-room panic call. Next day I had an estimate with options for me so I could do the job on my very meager budget. A few days later, what seemed like an army of workers showed up at 7:00am and by 3:30 in the afternoon I had a new roof and there wasn’t any evidence that anybody had been here. Amazing. The job was done for $3000. less than a quote I had from another roofer three years earlier and offered a lifetime guarantee. (Makes selling the house down the road, much easier. I can transfer the guarantee with the house). This company is amazingly professional and comfortable to work with. • 7400."
