"Michael was very responsive and professional. We needed a soffit repair and he explained exactly what happened and how he would repair it. He arrived on time, but home advisor actually had my wrong address! He had been looking for my house for a bit, but didnâ  t give up! Even though I accidentally still had my phone on â  do not disturbâ  so he couldnâ  t contact me. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
