"Ashe & Winkler Restoratiion came to my home and reviewed the various options for roof replacement materials and made recommendations based upon my criteria. I opted for an upgraded Timberline Ultra HD asphalt roofing shingle by GAF along with installation of a roof ridge vent. In addition, I asked for a separate bid for replacing the house gutters. Their team provided me with all the necessary information with no pressure to make a decision. I did take my time and received bids from other roofing companies but none of them provided me with the level of detail in both the materials to be used as well as the bid itself. The crew that installed the ridge vent and re-shingled the roof were thorough and did a good job of cleanup with only minimal damage to my front yard shrubbery. Ashe & Winkler followed up with me in-person to review how the installation went and provide me with guidance on what to do in the event that there were any future problems. The crew that replaced the gutters were just as efficient and thorough. They were extremely thorough about cleanup and I found no damage to my lawn or landscape. Overall, it was a great experience work with Ashe & Winkler. Although they were not the lowest bid, I was extremely satisfied with their no-pressure approach, their level of detail in their bid, the quality of their materials, and their method of installation. You get what you pay for, and I definitely think these guys are worth every penny!"

Thankfully, Chris was able to come out on short notice and take a look at it for us! He was incredibly friendly and professional. He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly! "Just wanted to post about my experience with H and F Exteriors. I was referred this company when the Midwest March hailstorm impacted so many people. Jill, the Project Manager, reached out to me to get me scheduled in a timely manner during the busiest time. She made it happen! She reviewed the exterior of the house and got up on the roof and inspecting and documenting everything. She even pointed out some things just for the general health of my gutters and foundation. On our next meeting we reviewed the options for the roof, upgraded fascia, and damaged gutters. I went with black shingles, new black fascia, gutters, and guards to minimize gutter cleaning and maintenance. The company provided a group message with Jill and others to keep me up to date on all the behind the scenes. This involved (insurance, materials, and production teams) who were in constant communication. We picked a date for the new roof and shortly after gutter replacement. The crews of H and F are extremely hard working and finished my roof in a day ..day and a half tops. The gutter job was booked shortly after and completed in half a day if even. I couldnâ t believe it as this season is extremely hot as well. The team ensured any construction debris and nails were cleaned up and removed running magnets up to 3x throughout the process. Thank you for taking care of me and for Jill who went above and beyond. These upgrades have also helped slowing down the traffic on my street as my house stands out in the best way ;) haha but truly ..The house looks like a more upgraded craftsman now. Thank you!"

"The owner of the roofing company contacted me and said he could come immediately (within 2 hours) and take a look at the problem, and give me an estimate of the cost of the repairs. He arrived well within the promised timeframe and did a thorough inspection both in the storage space over the garage and climbed on the roof to inspect an area there. He asked for the water hose be turned on and he sprayed the roof for several minutes. He then came down off the roof and said he knew where the leak was. He said the repair would involve both the flashing and one or two shingles, and quoted me a price. I considered the price, and thought it to be fair and agreed to hire him to make the fix. He said he had materials on his truck and could fix it while he was here. He worked almost an hour adding some flashing, replacing a shingle and doing some caulking. He guaranteed the repair for 3 years. We have had a moderate to heavy rain since the repair, and I have not seen any leak. I believe the repair fixed the problem. The owner left his business card and said if the roof leaked again to contact him and he would be out to rectify the problem."
