Price was reasonable too compared to others. After scheduling, Marcus and Sam came out on time and got started working and finished well ahead of what I was expecting. In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"

"There was no communication as to when the job would start. They just showed up one morning ready to go. The first part of the project was to rebuild stone stairs to correct uneven riser height which required providing three new stones - the problem was corrected but the new stones do not match the existing ones. The second part was to correct a drainage issue that occurs in heavy rains. We have had several people look at the issue and Green Thumb was the first to come up with what I thought was a practical solution. We'll see how it works after the first good rain."
