As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"I had a roof that needed to be replaced in late fall in Seattle. After getting the initial estimate, I contacted Forever Roofing to set up to job and put down a deposit. It took a few weeks to hear back from them, but that was likely due to other jobs that were in the queue ahead of me, and unpredictable Seattle weather. I got a call on the morning the roofers were due to arrive, since that's when they were able to determine was a clear window of weather. All I had to do was make sure the workers had access to a plug outside the house. They were efficient and did great work and not only cleaned up their mess, but also cleaned up some of our earlier mess as well. The gutters were done by a different team than the original roofing crew a few days later, but they also did a quick and professional job. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed."

"Jeffery went above and beyond for me, submitting information to my corrupt insurance company, trying to get them to understand the damages to my roof were caused by weather, mot just old age. But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"After reaching out to RVM All Metal, Rudy (the owner) came over to take the measurements necessary for assembling a quote. While talking to him I learned that they also install gutters so I asked for two quotes, one for the roof only and one for roof and gutters. After I decided to move forward with the latter we agreed on a date. Because of rain in the forecast we wound up pushing the start date a few days in order to ensure that the roof is replaced in dry weather. Rudy and his crew were punctual and professional. Due to the schedule adjustment Rudy wound up working on a Saturday. He did most of the work and stood out for his attention to detail and cleaning the workspace at the end of each day. At the end of the project they mailed me a 10 year warranty document for the roof. I am pleased with RVM All Metal and the results of their work!"
