He only replaced a section of my pipes along with clearing the clog I initially requested as he judge that was all that was needed. The job was done quickly and at a very reasonable price, I am planning another project to hire him for and recommend him to anybody else that need a plumber."

"Assessment of initial problem (clogged drains) and POA was explained thoroughly. I needed work completed by the weekend and work was scheduled in a timely manner. When a more serious problem was identified by the plumber who came out to clear drains, the problem was explained thoroughly. Tom understood my time crunch with out-of-town visitors arriving the next evening, He arranged to have a team of four arrive the next morning to get the work done. They completed the work and cleaned up all areas affected by 4:00pm. Many thanks to Tom, Adrian, Brian and Pablo!"
