I had earlier damage from a storm that was causing leaking and more damage to the roof itself and items inside the garage. Adams responded to my request right away and gave me a quote the same day. The work itself took about 5 hours. Now, it has held up through wind, hail, and storms over the last month. I see none of the leaking I had before. They were also able to provide a Avery similar color shingle to what I had before."

"I had a major leak in the flat roof on the back addition on my home. Angelo, Guardian Roofing s owner, sent out his estimator on Tuesday and my roof was fixed by Saturday. He and his workers were very professional and safe...he wore a mask and kept a safe distance. I had someone else come and give an estimate and they didn t wear masks and did not try to socially distance while talking. I had a complete tear off with a new roof installed. Angelo took pictures of the work before, during and after. They did a fantastic job. Completely cleared all the debris from the job. I m extremely satisfied with the work and the price. He was easy to work with and communicated with a written quote of all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend him!"

"Initially, I thought it was fine. However, I was very curious why the contractor would not let me talk to the insurance adjuster. He told me to stay in the house and leave everything to him. (RED FLAG) I'm not sure why I let that happen. After the negotiations and the contract was signed, the contractor advised that he failed to charge me for the cost of the chimney. We specifically talked about the chimney cost and how he wasn't putting it in the contract so it wouldn't alert the insurance company (RED FLAG ) He would just charge me another $1200 for the chimney or not do the inside work. At that point, I should have cancelled the contract. The contractor yelled at me that he forgot and he made a mistake. Yelled at me in a very loud voice. He then did that "used car" sales pitch where he has to go talk to his boss and then comes back and sends me an email that they will fix the chimney for free. I spent about twice what my budget was, and I really am mad at myself for failing to get other estimates. That is on me. The roofers put a new roof on - my old roof was less than 5 years old - not sure if a simple repair would have been okay and left a mess in my yard. There was debris from my gutters and little blue things that they use when they replace a roof. I told the contractor that, and he said "the roofers don't make money if they clean up after the gutters and feel it's not their job". Okay, whose job is it? Who did I pay to do a job? Am i supposed to hire someone else to finish up what the roofers left behind. My pet peeve is when I pay someone to do a job, and they don't finish the job and say it's not their job. That makes me so angry. Again, I'm so mad at myself. I know better. I just felt like at the end of the day I was taken advantage of. I don't think I needed a whole new roof, I spent twice the money I had budgeted, and I had a mess to take care of. I use Angie's List so I can avoid being taken advantage of and considered the "old lady" who doesn't know anything."

"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

They did an outstanding job, and it only took about half a day. They even cleaned out the gutters, replaced the missing shingles on the house and garage, and fixed a few other things that were not technically part of the deal. Awesome service! "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
