Too many of the guys we talked to only did floors which would leave us with other projects to coordinate including baseboards and the bathroom. Cesar, family and crew did it all. Not only did they do it all, but they took pride in their work and craftsmanship and the end product shows. Not only are we happy with the result, but they minimized the disruption we experienced in the process. Cesar let us know well in advance when we should be out of the house, and what to expect and when. When his team encountered the inevitable snag, like the refrigerator no longer fitting, they came up with creative options, explained them clearly and let us decide what was best for us. This allowed the project to move forward on time and on budget. There was some confusion about the final invoice, and Cesar was receptive, empathetic, and flexible to make sure we were all happy. We’ll be reaching out the Top Bros construction again."

"Excellent!  Frank came to give us an estimate.  He is so very personable and nice.  He was patient, answered all of our questions and brought samples and pictures of other jobs completed.  When we decided to have them do the job, he asked if we felt pressured into hiring him.  We did not.  He was not pushy at all.  I love that!  The guys that came to do the work worked very hard and kept the job moving.  This is a messy job but they cleaned up every day.  I had also purchased some knobs for another bathroom and asked if they would install them for me and they did it at not extra charge.  Great company to work with."

"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

They were flexible in allowing a separate contractor come in to fix foundation cracks. We were concerned about COVID and they were cautious in our interactions and always wore masks. They were pleasant, patient and highly skilled. The result is a beautiful new bathroom."
