"Rafael and Lilian Touch were amazing. My 1914 home in Evanston's Lake Shore Historic District is a work in progress. Not long after I moved in, part of the stucco ceiling on the front porch crashed to the ground. I think it goes without saying that it was a revolting and unexpected development. I requested quotes from the usual North Shore/north suburban firms. I received mostly eye-watering quotes that seemed completely unreasonable to me as a commercial property manager and real estate broker. "Our condo had extensive warping of drywall, such that seams were bulging off the frames. This was present in multiple rooms. DLB drywall did BEAUTIFUL work removing the warped joints, floating out the panels, replastering, sanding and repainting in multiple rooms. Our condo now looks 100% better than it did before! Mr. Eduardo Banales is not joking when he says they are drywall experts. Additionally, once we saw the quality of their work we asked them to do more projects around the house which they completed in record time.
