"Rafael and Lilian Touch were amazing. My 1914 home in Evanston's Lake Shore Historic District is a work in progress. Not long after I moved in, part of the stucco ceiling on the front porch crashed to the ground. I think it goes without saying that it was a revolting and unexpected development. I requested quotes from the usual North Shore/north suburban firms. I received mostly eye-watering quotes that seemed completely unreasonable to me as a commercial property manager and real estate broker.
