"The tree removal went very well. This was a very large tree and to be taken down between other trees and away from the house, which it was leaning toward and would have done massive damage had it fallen on the house. They really threaded the needle taking down each of four poles, each of which was the size of a large tree. Mike was exceptional to deal with as was his crew. They were professional and the job was run like a military drill. Very efficient. We will definitely use them again. Note: we did have a 2 day delay; rain in the first day; family emergency with supervisor the next. No fault of the company."

"I needed to have 8 very old and halfway dead Redbud trees removed on one side of my yard. On the other side of my yard I had two very healthy trees that needed to be pruned a good 10 feet away from the house. Timothy and his team were efficient, talented and skilled. They were mindful of the shared fencing between me and my neighbor and it remained unharmed (the row of 8 redbuds were about 4 feet away from the fenceline and most of the trees were severely hanging over both sides of the fence) The cleanup of the trees was great, nary a limb was left behind, although you can have it chip mulched in place if you like, but it would not work where they all were, so they chipped it into their huge truck. I chose to not have the stumps ground, but they do have a stump grinder if you want to do that for aesthetics. The tree pruning was well done. I have a large sugar maple in my front yard that is a vigorous grower and the branches were touching the roof so they pruned back 10 feet. Similar was done to an oak in my back yard. I'm again tickled pink with Arbormax Tree Service. This was my fourth job with the company. They are simply my go-to company."

"They did good work, but very overpriced. But I was desperate. They had to come out and make some changes to something they had done so I had called them and said there was one thing that hadn't been done quite properly and they came back out to fix it. Six shrubs but he told me it was a quarter acre of weeding. I have an acre and a quarter. He said that a quarter of it had to be sprayed, weeded and pine needles put down so that was the majority of the expense I think, was the clean up. The trees and shrubs were not bad. They also built me what's called a rain garden and that's what they had to come out and fix because they didn't really understand the requirements for a rain garden. They should have done their homework but didn't. They told me they had never done a rain garden but that they were quick learners, but they dug a hole and filled it with mulch. You can't really plant in a hole with mulch. The owner, Jim, was very responsive. They were very professional. They are good kids."
