"My wife and I purchased a fixer-upper home that ended up requiring more work than we initially anticipated. We ended up taking bids from numerous contractors for various projects required to be done before moving my family into the home. Initially, I hired James to demo the original tile flooring to prep for new flooring, which was scheduled to be installed by a large flooring company. I was very impressed with Jamess professionalism and apparent, sincere dedication in ensuring his work was completed right the first time. I decided to contract James to do more work to our home. Ultimately, James ended up demoing bathrooms, replacing upstairs sub floors, structural framing work, removing every interior door (down to studs) and installing new doors, and installed new bathroom vanities/showers. We have a closet in the home that had an oddly shaped door that I was unable to find at any big box store or other door supply stores. James custom made a door for the closet, which matched all of the other doors in the house! I was so impressed with James quality of work, timeliness, and work ethic, II decided to have him complete the new flooring installation. I contacted the large flooring company and cancelled my installation with them. James installed our new vinyl flooring throughout the house, which included stairs. James also installed new 5 baseboards throughout the entire house (approx 3000 square feet). I give James my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a knowledgeable contractor whose priority is to do the work right and ensure his clients are 100% satisfied. We have received countless compliments from family and friends who have visited our home. "We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"When we purchase our house, we did a big remodeling that included most of the common areas and we left few other spaces that we wanted to remodel but we left it for later time due to short budget. Remodeling our master bathroom was not easy an task, so 2 years after we completed that remodeling, we decided to go ahead and remodel that bathroom. The biggest issue was to find the perfect contractor for our project, and we agreed to hire Trig builders. Our decision to hire them was because of a referral that we got from a good friend of ours. Yossi and his workers really took the time to listen and were very patient with us during the work. When the new bathroom was completed and delivered to us, we were so happy with the new look and the transformation. The most favorite spot in the new bathroom is the Jacuzzi tub and the glass walk-in shower with the dual shower heads. Although we are truly impressed with the new look and feel of the bathroom, my wife's favorite spot is the walk-in closets that attached to the bathroom and including an amazing built in closets and shoe shelfs. Our new bathroom and closet are really a must to see in order to understand the quality and how good the design was.
