The team cleaned the site daily and made sure everything was protected prior to work start and delivery. Eugene also came out a week after the work was done (and after a day of heavy rain) to check and see if I was still satisfied with the work. Their five star rating is true to our experience. "We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Freddie was very professional, he showed up on time and was very prompt in doing all the work. He go the painting work done at an excellent pace and the cost came in a little under what I expected.
He also made minor electrical work and pressure washing for my driveway, all of it was done in an excellent way at schedule and with the same cost that was agreed upon.
I would highly recommend him for any other work and will continue working with him for my home needs.

"Jeffery went above and beyond for me, submitting information to my corrupt insurance company, trying to get them to understand the damages to my roof were caused by weather, mot just old age. But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

"This summer Rudy at RVM All Metal replaced our many years old, multiple layered, torch-down (and who knows what else) roof for us. He and his crew were clean and for the most part careful. Better than I was expecting. There was one plant casualty. A newly planted Bleeding Heart stepped on or smooshed while the old roof was being removed. Everything else went well. Rudy while not always present for the tear-off was always on-site for the installation. In fact, for our house I believe he did nearly the entire installation himself. Something I very much appreciated. I waited until now to write this review as I wanted to check for leaks. Looks dry! The old roof had a leak around the chimney. Not anymore! While a metal roof is more expensive than other options I wanted a low maintenance roof. Our roof is low pitch and we live in a spot that gets high winds. Other options for the low pitch design looked vulnerable to sticks and other debris blowing out of the nearby trees. I also like that Rudy over-builds important elements like the flashing. Rushing a job and building to minimum specifications can be short sighted. Especially, for those of us who live in such a wet and at times very windy area. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his company to others."
