Ammon, the owner is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares that you walk away having had a good experience. Price wise, they were a tad bit lower than the other well-rated company (Both were fair and reasonable in my opinion). He was able to work with me on schedule and made sure that the surrounding trees were protected while his crew was working. Hard working crew who were knowledgeable, and didn't waste any time getting to work. Excellent experience and highly recommend. I will definitely be calling Ammon at American Tree Care first"

"We hired Randy and the guys for the second time. We had a dying willow and several dead cedars. The trees were removed in double-quick time, cut into logs and stacked neatly. The branches were chipped into perfect mulch and deposited where I asked. Once the cedars were removed, we could see that there were a couple more that were also dead. The guys came back the following day and removed those too and also ground out the stump of the willow as it was in the front lawn. All in all I am really impressed by Randy and his team and would hire them again any time. The trees were felled with precision and the area was left neat and tidy."

"I needed three small trees removed and was finding it difficult to have someone come out to give me an estimate. Most did not want to deal with a small job. Tree Bargain Service not only was responsive in coming out to give me an estimate, they did the work right on the spot. Their rates were more reasonable than I could have imagined. But he didn't take my money and run, he checked out each sprinkler zone, fixing a few sprinkler heads as he went. He also gave me advice on my front pond that was having issues. "It was okay. They did a good job however they started trying to add on extra services.  The owner made a lot of promises but didn’t follow through. The crew worked hard.  Apparently we weren’t in their service area. The owner said that he’d still come out, but only when he had the time. I definitely feel like I overpaid."

"We got Matt's name from our neighbor and found him to be a pleasant guy. He stopped by to check out our potential job and offered possibilities for pavers; gave us the name of the company he uses to supply pavers so we could see them first hand. We agreed on the scope of the job and a starting date.
 The job started 3 days later than expected because his prior customer added something at the last minute. But when they arrived, they got right to work removing our concrete porches, all walkways and the driveway. They pulled out the tree in front of our stairwell window that had gotten overgrown and a Japanese lace leaf maple that was also too big in a separate bed. They hauled away concrete so it could be recycled as crushed gravel to reuse as the layer directly under the pavers. Loved the recycle/reuse idea. Excess dirt and plantings were removed and the grading began.
 They began placing the pavers at the foot of the driveway, working toward the garage and house. We chose a pattern called "ashlar" and pavers from Pacific Slate called "sandalwood". The trim blocks along all sides were 4" x 4" blocks from Pacific Slate in "shadow". The placing of the pavers takes quite a bit of time but it's worth the time and labor.  Matt's wife, Tif, brought new plants and placed them in the new beds and put bark on top.  We had them put in an Alpine Fir in one bed and Matt suggested a Green Arrow Alaska Cedar in the bed in front of the stairwell.
 Several days after the final pavers were laid and plantings finished, a clear coat of sealer was rolled on the walkways, driveway and porches.  It looks great and we are very pleased.

"Alex returned my call promptly. He arrived when he said he would and gave me an estimate for removal of the brush. I waited for two other companies to call back. One never returned my call, the other called while Alex and his partner were clearing the brush. The brush was cleared to within an inch of the ground. Parts of the area cleared are rough or hilly. I am pleased with how he cleared the area and the lack of "leftovers" i.e. leaves, blackberry canes, etc."

"Wall is lovely- BuT not as agreed upon. No gravel behind wall that I can find. West end at least 1 row too low. not color agreed upon, extra work not completed as agreed . Block to be removed and placed on garden was instead broken up and put behind block leaving large holes that animals took up residence in. metal fence posts were bent behind wall instead or removed. I never received a plan of project. Sprinkler head was removed and then end buried under wall instead of just marking where the end was. I wrote a much more detailed description but the site crashed and I do not have time to repeat. Angie's recommends that I write this review as part of the process of working out difficulties. I agreed to pay extra for the last bit of old block and few posts to be removed- which I have not done yet. They did leave the surrounding area clean. I have pictures but can not upload them into this applet"
