His workers were respectful and courteous. The job involved demolition of the old walkway and replacing it with a curving walkway up to the front door. It turned out perfectly and was completed in three days. All the work, from start to finish, was very well done. When the job was completed, all excess materials were removed and the landscaping was returned to original condition. Really an excellent outcome!"

"Mike is hands down the best contractor we have ever hired. The previous owners of our house had done some beautiful and expensive hardscaping and landscaping probably 40 years ago, but it was all badly in need of renovation when we bought the house a few years ago. I was so impressed with the crew's work that I asked Michael to bid on finishing a courtyard and a pool change area. Of three quotes that I received, Michael was competitively priced, comprehensive and clear where the cost was allocated and where extras might lie. Michael had a sub-contractor come in to do carpentry while his own crew completed stone work. All crew were professional and skilled. I've dealt with many contractors; Michael was excellent in only requesting payment commensurate with work completed. "Our backyard had bother me a long time as it was not functional at all. It looked terrible as the grass was dying and old concrete was bumpy with cracks. Kids could not play in the backyard but had to bike/ride scooters on the street. We interviewed serveral other contractors like most of other homeowners. And we finally decided to go with MCLM, because the manager was amazng. He was very preffessional and had great ideas of how to make our yard beautiful and functionals. He could be a professional landscape designer beside managing his team! His teams were great, they worked hard and pay attention to details and i am 100% happy without their quality. I should mention that the manager always be available to answer our questions/concerns , which made it easier if we would like to modify/add some features as the project went on.
