He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. "Two things in my kitchen were very annoying; the back door would hit the floor and I had to lift up on it to get it to open all the way and the kitchen faucet has very low water pressure.  Les cam over and fixed my door by putting a shim under one of the hinges.  He didn't have the tools to work on my faucet and said he would fix it when he came over again.   He also adjusted my cabinet door closing magnets so they would close better.  He did that without my asking.  We talked about him installing ceiling fans in my den and living room.  He told me to have an electrician first instal the electrical box where I wanted it and then he would come back and instal the fan. Les is a very nice guy and his price was very reasonable.  I will be calling him back to instal those fans and fix the faucet.
