"The worker arrived on time. He seemed overwhelmed. He stated: "this is a lot". I explained the projects were clearly listed prior to his arrival. I requested that he place the Ring camera on the garage facing the back entrance. He started muttering that he probably could not do this. I explained there was ample wiring in the garage, He never went into the garage to check. Rather, he placed the camera at the back door, merely replacing the light that was there. I think he spent 5 minutes doing this. This was the most important job. The payment is rigged. It is hourly or half-hourly. The worker obviously worked very slowly, taking 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan, not needing to rewire anything. He added an extra half hour at the end, claiming that he had begun a new half hour (had not). I made the decision not to have him check the gutters, as he very obviously had no expertise."

"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Two things in my kitchen were very annoying; the back door would hit the floor and I had to lift up on it to get it to open all the way and the kitchen faucet has very low water pressure.  Les cam over and fixed my door by putting a shim under one of the hinges.  He didn't have the tools to work on my faucet and said he would fix it when he came over again.   He also adjusted my cabinet door closing magnets so they would close better.  He did that without my asking.  We talked about him installing ceiling fans in my den and living room.  He told me to have an electrician first instal the electrical box where I wanted it and then he would come back and instal the fan. Les is a very nice guy and his price was very reasonable.  I will be calling him back to instal those fans and fix the faucet.
