"I definitely recommend APR for flat roofing needs. They did a complete rip and replace of a 500+ sq ft flat roof at my home in La Grange. They were not the low bidder. However, the value was evident. Not only did they install a new torch down roof, but they repaired a significant amount of water-damaged soffit and installed new gutters instead of just re-installing the old gutters, as many suggested. They pointed out several areas of concern that led to the failure of my old roof. And to my surprise, they were able to mobilize a large crew and complete the entire job in one day, including clean up. "It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to hiring them again for future projects. The owner even showed up to make sure everything was going smooth. A+ rating."

"After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
