"Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several.
