He completed three major projects in my condo: custom built-in dining nook shelves and extensive wall trim/paneling in the living room and hallway. I shared inspo photos (1.5” colonial trim spaced 2” in the living room and 2.5” hotel-style chair rail spaced 4” in the hallway), and he sourced trim even better than I envisioned. He took them up and what he took the time to replace them with matched perfectly, better than we were concerned about. "I first contracted Robert for a deck repair and water line repair. I thought he did a good job. He s not as attentive to details. For what I paid I was expecting more. But overall satisfied that I asked if he could replace a faucet in my kitchen. He said yes. I sent him a picture of the faucet I wanted, and he told me that would not work. He sent me a pic of other models to which I found one that I felt was good. But not exactly what I wanted. But I was fine with it. As I was watching him remove the old faucet I knew I was in trouble... I saw Robert use an electric metal saw and saw thru the faucet... which meant there was metal bits flying all over the sink... scratched my counter top and bits fell thru the drain and clogged my garbage disposal. But he did get it out. The water pressure coming out is slow and is not the same. I don t feel this job is his strong suit. I will say that he always responded and is punctual. He did give me a refund. I would add make sure you get it in writing."
