"Joe's work is phenomenal. When we first reached out to him, was responsive and at our home within days for an estimate. He told us as soon as the weather warmed up, we'd be at the top of his list. Sure enough, his crew arrived and took care of everything. We hardly even knew they were here. Hopefully we don't have to have our stucco repaired again, but if we do, Joe's our guy. I highly recommend.

"I am extremely pleased with the stucco job that was done on my home. The workers were very professional and courteous. The entire two-story home was completed in two days. The crew also cleaned up the area around my home. Excellent job! I have already referred Lilian Touch Restoration to my friends!"

"I recently hired Ralph's Construction Inc. for the installation of stucco and brick painting, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their team did an outstanding job, paying attention to every detail and ensuring a flawless finish. The stucco looks amazing, and the brick painting has transformed the exterior of my home. The entire process was smooth and professional, and I highly recommend Ralph's Construction Inc. for stucco needs. They truly deserve 5 stars for their exceptional work!" ð ð ¨ð"

"Fortune Restoration did carpentry, masonry, and external painting on our 100-year-old brick and stucco tudor-style house. Besides being polite and taking care to clean up daily, the workers were so diligent and focused on the details. It was a big job that included repairing and/or replacing and rotted or damaged wood, resealing an exterior wood patio ceiling, spot tuck pointing the entire exterior of the 3 story home, and then finally painting the window surrounds and all wood and stucco on the house and the garage door and sheds. Fortune Restoration’s quality of work held up from start to finish. We could not be more happy with the results!"

"Barry’s crew did more than expected of them. I hired this pro to emphasize on two areas where the stucco was coming off and needed repair. They went a step further by repairing foundation work and other areas."

"Carrington Roofing did an excellent job repairing my balcony. I loved the price but I loved his expertise and his precision more. W. Taylor in Chicago Il."

"First off, Very few companies still do stucco in Chicagoland so it is very difficult to find a competitive price. Out of the five companies that returned my calls, Castinos was prompt with a quote and their estimator Paul was very professional. Castinos was two out of four that gave me a quote that was fair but was for an hourly rate that left the final total open. I decided to sign the contract because a neighbor had recommended them and quality of work. My first disappointment was when they did not return calls to confirm their arrival or start time for  workers. I was awoken at 700 am Monday to a power washer on the side of my house. The stucco workers did the same but only arrived at 8am. The quality of stucco work is not exact and some spots still show outlines of where old windows were covered up. Some areas that should have been replaced are bulging and do not look professional. I did a walk through with the head stucco guy but could not see any defects due to the difference in contrast. The following week I called and left a message to confirm the painters arrival on the following Monday and to discuss what color paint. Again, no call back. I was greeted at the front door early Monday morning by painters asking what color I wanted to paint the house. I, in a groggy haze, responded, "Same color as the garage, Gray" When all the house was painted and the contrast was uniform many defects could be visible, such as: outlines of previous coverups, bulging areas, and mismatched textures. I complained to the company but was told that you did a walk through and gave your ok any more work would be an hourly charge. Buyer beware,

"People walk into my house and comment how everything looks new again. Gustavo and his team showed up every day Monday thru Friday and put in a full day of work. He has a high standard for how to plaster and repair or replace trim. I highly recommend Element and Drywall."

"From the initial and follow up meetings, through the job completion, Mr. Nyberg was professional, punctual and completely up front about all costs. I was given plenty of time to make decisions and information on price options for various grades of shingles. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer and explain them all. He was very flexible to my work schedule. Luck gave us good weather so job completion was extremely fast. Home was done first then garage. Each member of the crew was polite and efficient. Each night ground areas were cleaned and any exposed roof was secured safely in case of rain. His crew arrived exactly as scheduled, on time and protective of my yard. I live on a corner lot so there was a large area to cover. The day after completion I mowed grass and went over entire yard. I did not find enough tiny pieces to even fill my front pants pocket and only 1 nail. Wood replacement was needed in several areas due to mild rot and prior raccoon damage. I watched and all areas of deck board replacement were neatly done. I received numerous estimates and Mr Nyberg stood out above the rest. His estimate was neither the most or least expensive. In comparison to work quality and final choice of supplies, the amount paid was extremely fair and in my opinion the best. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again for any of the services they provide."
