"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "First of all the Representative was right on time and when I invited him into my home he voluntarily showed me his Driver's Licence and he took off his shoes!  After speaking with him for a little bit (we had friends in common) we got right to work determining what was best for the appearance of my home and my budget as well.  We decided on the particulars, penciled in production and delivery rates and then set a installaton date.  Over the 2 weeks it took for my door to be made and delivered i received at least 4 phone calls from different employees at WIZE all keeping me in the loop and provoding me with reassurance that everything was going according to schedule.  Then on Thursday morning the 17th the WIZE crew showed up promptly at 10:00 and got to work.
During the whole project members of the crew would let me know what to expect as far as what was going to happen next (using loud power tools) to having an actual hole in the front of the house.  Although my door required some additional framework the crew completed the installation on time and absolutly perfect!  The door arrived exactly as ordered, the crew showed up on time and installed my door professionally and promptly and when the job was complete they cleaned up the inside and outside of the home and took every last bit of materials with them including checking the lawn for items as we have two dogs.  Regardless of any improvements made to my home or friends homes, I would be very confident to recommend WIZE HOME DIRECT to all of my friends and family.  In fact, it's nice to finally know when someone asks me if i know of anybody that i can recommend I can say "YES!"
