I contacted Josh and told him that the step would need to be repoured to code. He agreed. 11/11/23 - Josh said they will be out in 1 week to repour the step. Never happened. 11/27/23 - Josh said they will be out in 1 week to repour the step. Never happened. 12/7/23 - Josh said they will be out that weekend to repour the step. Never happened. 1/8/24 - I sent a message to Josh asking if I needed to take legal action to get him out to my house to repair the concrete step. He apologized and said that I was his top priority this week.
