We had been texting the night before and morning of, and then he just stopped responding. He knew we had guests checking in that day. That was a week ago and I have never heard back. I panicked, because our very first guests were checking in that afternoon and the windows were filthy. I called Fish, explained the situation, and they completely rearranged their jobs to be able to squeeze us into their schedule.
