"Very professional company and the crew was very clean and punctual. Right from the start we were instructed the whole job from beginning to end. The material of my choice was order even if it was something they did not carry. Mike and Michael were very responsible and came daily once or twice to inspect the job site. I was able to stay at my home while so much was going on and I could not have been more happier with their work and friend and family won't stop complimenting the beautiful floors."

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good."

"Andre was helpful in selecting the flooring and providing samples we could take home to see how it would look.  The carpet removal and flooring installation crew was on time and very professional,  They did a good job keeping us informed on their progress and completed the job in two days rather than the three days we were originally told.  They even helped putting replacement plastic feet on several pieces of heavy furniture.  The floor looks great and we are very happy with the results."

"We needed to change the entire wood floors and decided to paint the interior and the exterior of the house. We met with Ben and closed with him right away he was so amazing and super professional the job was done in no time, and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you progressive builders for the amazing customer service, and the amazing results."

"I found Ehrique can o and his crew to be excellent. Firstly, they completed a 2 day installation in one 12 hour day as per my request. They also went the extra mile by installing a self leveling compound to ensure the flooring wouldn't fail. Their workmanship was superb."

"the work was well done by Pieter's associate and Pieter was helpful in suggesting and ordering very nice flooring at a moderate price for an area about 400 sq ft. My only beef is that he has not responded to several requests for a copy of his invoice which is needed for tax purposes. Still chasing that up."

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. Zohar and his professional crew were very respectful of our time and space. Overall, we are excited with the addition and thankful to Zohar and Best Builders group."

"Excellent I was quoted three weeks and it was completed in three weeks. Workers were clean, exceptionally neat, and showed up every day on time. This company is outstanding."

"

Replacing my old carpet with hardwood floor, glue down with base board 4" MDF.

Installing new vinyl sheet in two bathrooms and kitchen.

They disposed all the old carpet with no charge.

Everything went very well and they have done excellent job. They were on time on the project and helped to remove all the furniture around. They had  great flooring choices! The prices were also very reasonable. They worked per my needs and helped me to make my  decision. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me great advice.  I am very happy I selected Universal Floor Covering to do my condo flooring and I would definitely recommend them  to everyone and do business with them again.
