"My wife and I purchased a fixer-upper home that ended up requiring more work than we initially anticipated. We ended up taking bids from numerous contractors for various projects required to be done before moving my family into the home. Initially, I hired James to demo the original tile flooring to prep for new flooring, which was scheduled to be installed by a large flooring company. I was very impressed with Jamess professionalism and apparent, sincere dedication in ensuring his work was completed right the first time. I decided to contract James to do more work to our home. Ultimately, James ended up demoing bathrooms, replacing upstairs sub floors, structural framing work, removing every interior door (down to studs) and installing new doors, and installed new bathroom vanities/showers. We have a closet in the home that had an oddly shaped door that I was unable to find at any big box store or other door supply stores. James custom made a door for the closet, which matched all of the other doors in the house! I was so impressed with James quality of work, timeliness, and work ethic, II decided to have him complete the new flooring installation. I contacted the large flooring company and cancelled my installation with them. James installed our new vinyl flooring throughout the house, which included stairs. James also installed new 5 baseboards throughout the entire house (approx 3000 square feet). I give James my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a knowledgeable contractor whose priority is to do the work right and ensure his clients are 100% satisfied. "SES remodeling completely made us proud at the work that they did for our home! Our master bathroom and bedroom was in a demand of a new fresh update and modern look. After our research for the right company and after meeting some of them, we went ahead with SES remodeling due to the helpful experiences and skills they have! Their work included the installation of new tiles all around the bathroom including on the inside of the shower area, replaced the sink, remove all the drywall, get rid of mold that we had no clue that we even have and to install new shower system including all the new plumbing. In the master bedroom, we had them redesign the entire space and make it more functional for our needs and to add new wood work (base boards, crown moldings built in shelfs etc…) After all the preparations were set and agreed, Eli scheduled the starting working date. All the working people arrived to our house on that day and the work started with no delays. Everyone arrived to our house on time and each day while they were always open to any suggestions or comments we had. Eli was very reasonable with the quote of the project. "Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"I used Gil a few years ago to deal with water damage in my home from a leak in the roof and cracks in the foundation. I was so pleased/satisfied/totally blown away by his workmanship and professionalism that I called him immediately to get a quote for replacing my termite-damaged front porch. Gil came out immediately to inspect, and before he could even put his proposal together (much less have a contract in place) he returned the same day and shored up the porch that had severely damaged posts. This was “so that he could sleep at night.” Needless to say, Gil is a consummate professional. He and his crew demolished the entire porch, rebuilt it, painted it, and installed new gutters in under 4 working days. I also asked him to replace a small flat roof portion of my house, which he thankfully finished in 2 days during the heaviest rainfall season in memory. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "To say the experience with Asi and Real Construction was good is an understatement. They did a phenomenal job. Not only were they on time they actually finished faster than anticipated. They didn't cut corners and they told me everything they were doing as they were making all the changes. They listened to me the whole way through and worked with my budget. They were kind and friendly and didn't try to weasel money out of me. 
I feel like they were beyond upfront and if I wanted something and they felt it wouldn't look good or could be above my budget they told me their truthful opinion.
