I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."
