When he initially replaced the rotted wood planks with aluminum, it was a tricky installation, and he was unhappy with the results. He returned the following week to re-install the aluminum so that it was neater. Also, Jim and Caren are generous with their advice. They gave us great advice about other home improvements we could conduct, and what to look for when buying replacement exterior lights.
