He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it. The techs Saloman and Gregorio were out there the next day working on the repairs. They worked quickly and clean. They earned every penny they're paid and then some.
