On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. "I had an excellent experience with this plumber. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and fixed my pipe issue efficiently and professionally. He took the time to explain the problem and the repair process, which I really appreciated. The work was completed neatly, and everything has been working perfectly since. His pricing was fair, and his attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled plumber. Five stars!"

"Excellent work and great pricing!"

"I first found out I had poly pipes during my home inspection. I opted to have my inspection done by experts in the field. Juan warned me about poly pipes in the area and he was spot on. The results were scary, he confirmed I had poly, and I knew it made the house uninsurable and a water pipe could burst at any time. I opted to negotiated the price of the home and booked a repipe. I soon found out how lucky I was to connect with him early on about the issue. Within weeks of the home purchase and before my scheduled repipe date I had my first pipe burst behind the bar/laundry room. I had no idea what was going on because the wall with the leak seemed to have no water but following the baseboard damage, I knew the issue was getting serious. Juan came and immediately replaced the damaged lines and I havenâ t had any issues since. Two weeks after my repipe the same issue happened to my neighbor only they waited until it was too late and had water damage to the walls, furniture and closets."

"Johnny and His partner came in evaluated the situation - Made great recommendations and cleared the issue that was of concern - No more partial flush. Thanks - Happy with the work completed ."

"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! Thank you"
